We are especially proud of this page
for two major reasons.
One, our customers have
"awarded" us these ratings, in terms of their judgment of our performance.
Two, it demonstrates how customers
throughout our country feel about all Harley-Davidson dealers on these same
subjects. Since these surveys use a one to ten scale, with ten rated as the
highest possible, you may see why we believe we sell and service the best
motorcycles, and are a part of the finest dealer network of it's kind on the
planet.
First a look at how Harley-Davidson
buyers in all of 2007 felt about us (we're the red bar) after owning their new
motorcycle about a month, compared with the average of all other Harley
dealers in our District (most of New England), Region (about the whole
Eastern US), Nation, and Group (all dealers about our size).
At the bottom of this page, you will
find a link to more customer feedback in a similar format, the difference
being that customers who responded had owned their new Harley-Davidson about
18 months and were asked about their long term ownership experience with us.
